Branch network/coffee mornings
To enable families to offer support to each other in their local community, HeartKids Victoria has established a number of branches within Victoria and Tasmania. Some branches co-ordinate coffee mornings to encourage families to meet.
Razza-ma-tazz Saturday 12 May 2012
HeartKids families are invited to attend the Razzamatazz show on Saturday 12th May 2012, starting at 11am (90 min show) at Festival Hall, 300 Dudley Street, West Melbourne.
Razza-ma-tazz is a live theatre show of international standard performers steeped in the traditional disciplines of clowning, juggling, balancing, puppetry, acrobatics and unique comedy routines; all performed to the highest degree of skill and entertainment value. The show is sponsored by the Immune Deficiency Foundation of Australia (IDFA), a not-for-profit organisation that provides support for children, teenagers and adults who have primary Immunodeficiencies and their families.

KEEPING YOUNG PEOPLE WITH A SERIOUS ILLNESS, CHRONIC HEALTH CONDITION OR DISABILITY CONNECTED
Livewire Members (members.livewire.org.au) is a free, safe and fun online community for young people, aged over 10 and under 21, living with a serious illness, chronic health condition or disability.
Livewire is an initiative of the Starlight Children’s Foundation, developed to provide a safe and supportive online space where young people can hang out, connect, share experiences, creatively express themselves and know that they are not alone.
